Admission Policies
Riyadh Najd Schools adhere to the Ministry of Education’s approved regulations regarding student registration. The schools conduct diagnostic tests and organize interviews for applicants based on the following age and grade-level criteria:
Kindergarten:
- KG1: Children who are over 3 years old are eligible for enrollment.
- KG2: Children who are over 4 years old are eligible for enrollment.
- Pre-Primary (KG3): Children who are over 5 years old and have not yet reached the official age for enrollment in Grade 1 are eligible.
Elementary Stage:
- Grade 1: Students who have completed 5 years and 9 months by the first day of school (in accordance with Ministry of Education regulations) are eligible for enrollment.
- Grade 2 and above: Students are eligible if they have successfully completed the previous grade, as confirmed by an official and accredited academic document.
Intermediate and Secondary Stages:
- Enrollment is granted to students who have successfully completed Grade 6 (for intermediate school) and Grade 9 (for secondary school) in accordance with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s educational regulations.
- Students who studied outside the Kingdom must present an authenticated and recognized equivalent certificate and pass the diagnostic tests and personal interviews.
